I believe good technology grows from a healthy environment.
I hope to work in a stable and respectful workplace where people can focus on doing meaningful work, instead of spending energy on unnecessary conflict.
In the past, I experienced a workplace where communication often included harsh insults and abusive language.
That experience made me realize even more clearly that respectful and rational communication is the foundation of a sustainable team.
I understand that my work may not always stay within a single field.
However, I hope to continue developing real expertise through learning and practice, rather than becoming someone who only touches many things without mastering them.
Perhaps it is not always easy to find such an environment.
Still, I will continue moving forward with the spirit of an unbreakable adventurer.
